THE GLEN ESTATE is a 208 lot subdivision in Upper Coomera. The Glen interconnects with our former project “The Colleges” estate. Work began on this site immediately after “The Colleges” was completed. Houses commenced the same month as registration of the land and soon this open landscape was full of families taking advantage of this natural setting.
