RIDGEMONT ESTATE is a 211 lot subdivision positioned situated in Upper Coomera on the Gold Coast. The project was successfully completed in mid-2004 and sold out by 2005.
The estate has a range of lots from 600 m2 to 6064m2, a large number of the lots command fantastic views over Coomera all the way to the Gold Coast Skyline. Many families took advantage of the sloping land to construct quality slope sensitive homes, many with panoramic views out to the coast.
