THE COLLEGES is a 66 lot residential subdivision positioned within walking distance of both Coomera Anglican College and Assisi Catholic College. Such was the demand for new residential housing in Coomera at this time that the entire estate was built on within 10 months of registration of the lots. The project was completed in mid-2003.
