THE GREENS ESTATE was a proposed 129 lot subdivision which included a 10 lot townhouse site.
Situated opposite Gainsborough Greens Golf Course on the Coomera/ Pimpama border, the site is within 3 minutes of the proposed Coomera Town Centre. The proposed parkland was set to incorporate 25% of the entire site allowing for natural habitat links and waterways.
Due to delays in the delivery of vital infrastructure to the area by the local authority the site was sold to help fund other projects under construction by our group in the area. The project was renamed Acadia Woods and has since been fully developed and sold.

Coomera and Upper Coomera are suburbs on the Gold Coast in Queensland.
