EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Philip Denton was a highly successful builder prior to pursuing his passion for development and forming Hillscorp with his brother Andrew. Over his time in the building and development industries Philip has amassed a wealth of knowledge which enables him to provide incredible insight into the efficient and effective delivery of Hillscorp’s many projects. Philip has an incredible talent for numbers and for assessing the feasibility of potential developments and enjoys an active role in the financing and banking aspects of Hillscorp’s projects. Philips building background enables him to contribute a great deal to many of the design aspects of the residential communities created by Hillscorp.

Andrew Denton

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Andrew Denton has worked with some of Australia’s largest construction companies over the first 30 years of his career, including Baulderstone Hornibrook, Lend Lease and Multiplex. Andrew brings extensive project management experience to the operations of Hillscorp. As a director of Hillscorp Andrew has a ‘hands-on’ approach and is actively involved in the daily operations of the business. Andrew has a great deal of experience in communicating with Councils, State Government bodies and civil contractors all of whom play an essential role in the effective delivery of the quality residential communities created by Hillscorp.

Alan Wheeler

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – ACQUISITIONS

Alan Wheeler had a successful and multifaceted career in management, sales, and the electrical professions before pursuing his passion for property development. He has been an integral part of Hillscorp from the formation of the company in 2002. Alan has extensive experience in identifying new and emerging property markets usually quite early in the property growth cycle. Alan is actively involved in the research, identification, negotiation, and acquisition of land sites suitable for current or future development into residential communities. Alan has a wealth of knowledge in many of the contract, legal, project feasibility, valuation, and sales and marketing aspects of the business.an Wheeler

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – DEVELOPMENT

Les Khoo

TAX AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Les Khoo is a qualified Chartered Accountant and started out his career in business services in public practice. He commenced working at Hillscorp in 2004 and has extensive knowledge of the property industry and the complicated tax and accounting implications associated with property transactions. Les has experience in business structuring, finance negotiation with banks with respect to acquisition and construction funding. Les liaises with legal and government bodies to ensure that the Hillscorp Group of entities meets all of its legal and tax compliance requirements.

Norman Lee

ACCOUNTANT

Norman is a fellow member of IPA. Before joining Hillscorp in 2004, he had developed his accounting skills in a variety of industries including retail, manufacturing and engineering. Norman has a proactive, hands-on approach to finding effective solutions to improve business operational efficiencies to streamline the accounting process. Norman can speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin which has proved extremely valuable when Hillscorp has been communicating with prospective clients from these language groups. Norman brings to Hillscorp a wide range of accounting expertise particularly in the property development environment and continually strives to provide intrinsic value to all stakeholders within the Hillscorp group of companies.
