THE PINES is a 170 lot subdivision situated in Ormeau at the northern end of the Gold Coast, QLD. It was the first of its kind for the eastern (Dreamworld) side of the Pacific Motorway at Coomera.

About Ormeau
Ormeau is a hinterland town on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. Ormeau was originally a French name which means ‘young elm’. It came from Ormeau House the estate of Major A. J. Boyd, a sugar planter of the 1860s.
